If a record looks wrong or out of date, let us know. Please include the responder’s registration number and a short description of the problem. We treat reports in confidence.

Get help using the service

If you cannot find a responder you expected to find, remember that a “not found” result does not necessarily mean a person is not approved — they may not be listed publicly.
